Wednesday, May 30, 2007 these few days were quite busy for me, as i went to sch early in the mornings for extra lessons when the other ppl are busy snoring away in their lala lands.. tats why i said we shld hv treasure our sec 3 life and spend it wisely.. unlike nw, time seems to pass veri fast and we hv to study real hard.. maths lessons were realli hectic these few days, as its obvious tat mr tan is rushing thru the topic on transformation, without even givin us time to understand.. no wonder mr lee said tat most teachers treat extra lessons as a time to rush thru all topics, unlike himself, he made use of the lesson to go throught the parts tat we're weak in.. i oso went for dragon boating after sch on tues, wif the guides ppl.. it was really fun, especially when everybody sat on the edge of the boat wif our bodies facing the sea, and the instructors rock the boat.. at first, we were screaming away lyk nobody's business.. bt eventually, we managed to cool down and enjoyed the whole process.. the instructors kept askin us to go inside the water, bt we didnt wan due to several reasons.. he tried to persuade us by sayin tat its the last time we can play inside the kallang river, as it will soon be demolished and changed to a reservior.. after dragon boatin, we went to the golden mile hawker centre for our dinner.. it was my first time eating dere and i tink the food they sell is yummy, lolx.. okies, i guess my entry is oredi long enuff for u guys to read, so i shall stop here for nw.. =) Sunday, May 27, 2007 tmr is the day where sec 4 students hv to take their olvl chinese paper, so.. Friday, May 25, 2007 its been quite a long time since i blogged.. aniwae, i gt back my report bk ystd.. my grades are so much better, after adding the common tests marks to the graded assignments.. amazingly, i passed my overall maths, bt i still failed my f n n by 3 marks.. bt its okay, my L1R4 is 16, while my L165 is 22.. quite satisfied actualli, bt i will definitely work harder to get at least a 13 for my L1R4.. tmr's the last day of term 2.. teachers lyk mr chong and mr tan kept repeating to us tat we're 3 months away frm olvls.. mr chong even asked us to write down the course and name of the poly we wan to go during our cme lesson.. i rmb dere is 1 qs he asked us to ans: what will we feel and do if we did not achieve our goals? obviously we will feel disappointed and try to go for other courses rite.. nalan is super pessimistic, cos he say he will commit suicide and jump down frm the buildin if he fail, lolx.. ok, tats all for todae.. i hv to go find my paintbrush to help mr chong paint his tables BLACK for tmr's spring cleaning.. =x Thursday, May 17, 2007 these two days, the sec 4s had our inter class soft ball game.. since there was not enuff time to complete the whole game ystd, we had to complete it todae.. as the floor was veri slippery due to the heavy rain earlier, everybody hv to be veri cautious when they run or catch the ball.. although a few ppl in our class slipped and fell, i can see tat the 4joy peeps realli did their veri best into playin tis game.. so ppl lyk me, vanessa, ly and grace were super high as we're busy cheering for them.. after a tough game, 4joy gt the forth position! even though we did not win the top 3 positions, bt i tink our class spirit is realli something big for us to cheer about.. so 4joy, we rocks! =)  Saturday, May 12, 2007 went to ice skate wif jocelin, ah ma and grace jus nw.. its super fun, even though i fell down a few times.. dere are many "blue blacks" on my legs nw, especially the one on my left knee which is quite obvious, cos i always fall wif my knees, which is actualli the wrong way.. actualli i shld fall wif my buttock, bt i scared i will hv difficulty standing up, lolx.. bt at least my efforts paid off.. i can finally skate around freely without the help of the pillars, and ppl lyk ah ma, grace and jocelin.. not forgetting singyee, hu oso helped me last time, i realli appreciate them for helping me to cross frm 1 side to another.. bt i still feel veri bad for making them slip and fall sometimes.. =p while grace went back home first, we went to ljs for our dinner.. we went to the arcade after tat, and watched ppl play tat candy jackpot machine.. the game looks fun, when u see ppl tryin to scoop up those yummy sweets, and tryin to gt a jackpot so tat they can gt a prize.. maybe next time i shld try my luck dere, lolx.. after tat, they accompanied me to shop for the present for my mum.. in case, u ppl forget, tmr is mother's day! me and my sis pooled in $ to buy a handbag for my mum frm charles and keith, while my dad is goin to treat her for dinner tmr.. =) | |
