Sunday, January 27, 2008 since todae is a sunday, i decided to blog about my veri interesting week, lolx.. 23rd jan: met up wif jer, wing, grace, van and kenny for an ice-cream session at anderson's ice-cream! the chocolate fondue is realli yummy and i tink its realli worth the money to hv a try, lolx.. visited qh for awhile, and we headed to the fountain of wealth to cam-whore! as they r hving sum water performances, we gt to view and take pics in a veri nice atmosphere.. while we were goin back home, we started to think about wat will happen the next day, since its the day when we hv to take our olvl results.. bt we told ourselves tat we shld not worry about it first, jus leave everyting till tmr.. .. ..      24th jan: the day has finally arrived.. woke up early in the morning, and saw the sms tat my sis send to me.. perhaps i'm too touched by wat she wrote, i cried after seeing the whole msg.. bt after seeing her msg, i felt much better and was not tat nervous.. met up wif the clique for lunch at kfc in the afternoon.. all of us didnt hv much appettite to eat, since we were all veri worried about our results.. while mr chong passed to me my result slip and form A, i was realli realli scared.. bt when i knew tat i passed my maths, i was overjoyed cos my effort paid off!! and of cos, when mr ang approached me, i kept thankin him cos he's the teacher tat realli motivated the whole class to work hard for maths and did not gave up on us.. without all his remedials tat he offered to us during the study break, i would not hv gotten a b4 for maths within such a short time frm an f9 last time.. so realli, a big thank u to mr ang!! =) and for my L1B4, after deductin my cca bonus, i gt 16! although it didnt reach my dream 15, i am still contented wif my results, cos i managed to pass all my subjects.. so i shall take tis chance to thank all my teachers and friends hu helped me thru the crucial olvl period and made my sec sch life a memorable one! i love u guys! and not to forget, i oso wan to thank my family hu realli encouraged me to work hard and run for the last lap.. *muacks muacks* and for those hu did not gt the results tat they wanted, try not to be too upset for too long.. we had oredi did our veri best for the o's.. 25th jan: took half day off frm work and went back to sch to look for mr chong wif grace, kenny and youhuai.. after gettin sum advice frm him, we stayed behind to eat.. i miss canteen's food! ordered curry noodles, and the stall's uncle and auntie are still as funny as last time, lolx.. went to the carbana after tat to discuss about the courses tat we wan to apply while waiting for grace to end guides.. we settled our dinner at newton circus, together wif wing and jerlin.. we ordered satay, oyster ommelete, chilli sotong, lala and stingray!! yummy.. oh, and i lyk the feelin when we all sat together and chit-chat while enjoyin a nice meal, so ppl, we mus meet up and hv dinner more often okies, lolx.. 26th jan: did not go out todae, cos i nid to wait for my new plasma tv and dvd home theatre system to be delivered to my hse.. the new tv was pretty, and i lyk the graphics and sound effects, lolx.. bt nw, i'm kind of missing my old tv, since it had been wif us for quite a long time.. and todae, i spend quite a long time browsing thru the brochures and thinkin of wat to courses to choose for my 12 choices.. and nw, after sendin in my jae form, i feel so relaxed, hahax.. hope all of us can gt in to the course tat we realli wan.. *cross fingers* | |
