Wednesday, May 27, 2009 projects are finally over! tis means tat i will be having my holidays frm now till 14th june! yippeees.. talking about project presentations, the best one will be the customer service, whereby we nid to do a role play on service recovery at the end of our ppt presentation.. as usual, lucas (the occupant of the hotel room ) and agm ( room keeper) were the jokers tat made the whole class laugh, hahahax.. as it was still not me and liza's turn to act, we were able to stand by the side and laugh.. poor kerwin, who kept forcing himself not to laugh, as he still had gt many parts to say.. luckily the role play is not graded, or not we will fail with flying coconuts, lolx.. anyway, i gt a C for my pm ica1.. can be better, cos i expected a B.. hmmm, lets hope ica2 and ica3 can pull up my grades..
